This work intended to propose interventionist actions aiming at enhancing the governance and coordination of care levels to mental health and those with full health in Ribeirão das Neves public service, Minas Gerais. Whereas the Mental Health presents a complex structure of network services that takes care of the mental suffering in crisis/ emergency and seeking to develop actions in the territory, it will be necessary to raise awareness among managers/local managers of what is governance and the importance of their contribution to the action of strengthening process integrated mental health in the city. In addition to this, it is important to promote the organization and collude/flow and protocol for greater coordination of emergency units with units of full attention to health of primary, secondary and tertiary. The Brazilian Health Reform designed a thorough renovation in the conceptions of the process of health and mental illness, which later, in whole or in part, came to constitute the essence of the National Mental Health Policy. The Psychiatrist Reform came to point to the need to rethink the conduct of assistance to the mental suffering. During the last years, many advances have been perceived and recognized; the substitutive services were deployed, but are still insufficient for the needs in the country. This challenge will involve the issue of network planning, but also issues of building spaces of sociability, exchange and production of subjectivities, articulation and comprehensiveness of the services, etc, considering the peculiarity of mental health users.
