This paper aimed to analyze a few appointments to enable the development of the educational practice in the educational field and the analysis of processes related to the impossible in the emancipation of the subject. To do so, the analysis focused on interfaces between educational field and Freud's considerations in the foreword of "Wayward Youth" by Aichhorn (1925), as well as in another writings, which can cooperate with the understanding of the production of the subject in the field of educational relationships. Thus, it is possible to conclude that the intensification of educational practices and the various discourses on learning would be attempts of the educator to avoid different confrontations of educational problems. The educational process should be a place to establish the production of the subject who opposes to any consolidation of social practices with authoritarian nature and, therefore, would be the key element for all those working in the educational field who assume the authority to establish the production of subjects for a truly democratic society.
