Abstract

LOPES, Clarissa Junqueira; PAULON, Simone Mainieri  and  PASCHE, Dário Frederico. Between join and resist: a reflection on the uses of the non-adhesion concept in substitute mental health services abstract. Mental [online]. 2022, vol.14, n.25, pp. 1-17. ISSN 1679-4427.

The article reports a research path carried out with users of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, considering the analyzing concept of non-adherence to CAPS as strategic in the design of this cartographic proposal. In a first moment of the research, a documental analysis of the flow of access to a CAPS was carried out, referring to the period from 2015 to 2017. In a second moment, an active search was carried out for users who missed the scheduled receptions, and then, semi-structured interviews were carried out with six of these users. The analyzes indicated a one-sidedness in the definition of the user as non-adherent, which points to the need to review this concept, towards the composition of a care co-produced through the singular regulation that the user activates and the care itineraries that he designs for himself.
