The aim of the paper is to investigate about this invisible loyalties of family relationships of two teenagers who are serving in a socio-educational measures CASE. It is an exploratory qualitative study, based on the family genogram, and sustained by systemic theoretical framework. Violence committed by teenagers became applicant and therefore draws the attention of the population. The literature indicates that minor transgression is associated with laws that protect the offender and the bankruptcy of family values and teachings. The results showed that the family is the foundation in the constitution of the subject and the behavior of adolescents, authors of an offense, the results are invisible loyalties.
