Filio parental violenceis a complextype of violencethatexceedsthetraditionaltypology of violence as genderviolenceor parental violencetowardchildren. Wecallit as a highlycomplexphenomenon, sinceitalterstherationallogic of violence: theclassicaldynamicshighlights a subjectthatishierarchically in a relational up, forexample a husbandorwife, orfatherormother. But in this case this position stands abovethechildrenovertheparents.And isnotthe case of twoelderlyparentspowerless and powerfulteenager. There are notfew cases, such as theonepresented in thisarticle, which are "teenagerorpubescent" innocent and defenselessappearance, whichencouragestherelationalfeature of type of doublebind. Sinceitalterstherationallogic, justice and home environmentprotectsperpetrators and victimizerstakenbyvictims, creating a relationaltrampthatmightinvolvetypepsychotherapy.
