Abstract

It is an article of systematic review of shared custody in Brazil, aiming to broaden the space of debate on such modality of child custody. The articles studied here were researched in the Capes Portal, with the criteria: articles published in the last ten years, in English and Portuguese languages, and peer reviewed. The result was ten scientific papers that dealt with the subject, being six from psychology journals and four in law journals. The discussion of the results was carried out from the analysis of the key words, year of publication, title and objective of the periodicals, in addition to the analysis of the complete articles. It was used the IRAMUTEQ program, word cloud, where it was evidenced that father, shared custody and son are the most closely appearing words, which leads us to conclude that shared custody is a resource that intends provide the exercise of Parenting to father and son after divorce.
