The family is a network where members integrate interdependence bonds, influencing social relations, and can be a source of support for difficulties. We aim to carry out a family analysis of penitentiary agents of a female public network of TM. Through a descriptive, exploratory and mixed study carried out with employees of the female TM chain, the analysis was performed through a genogram and ecomap construct with analysis based on the Calgary Family Assessment Model. Analyzing family characteristics, we found a fragility in family relationships, difficulties in interpersonal relationships at home and at work, and occupational stress that may be related to work-family conflict. By understanding the family and social context that ASPs are inserted, one can know the main risks that influence the quality of life enabling interventions that help in coping with difficulties.
