Abstract

Due to the social relevance that the resilience has in the new millennium, the present work searches to offer to a panoramic vision about the measurement and evaluation of this constructo. In such sense, the general objectives were in the first place to describe the main methods of measurement of the resilience, secondly, to indicate the main psychological instruments that have been developed and thirdly, to introduce a constructed instrument in our national reality, in agreement to the psycho-social characteristics of our population.
