Abstract

This article looks for to offer socio-demographic data of Uruguay’s young people of today, treating to establish how such data reveals, taking into account the Latin American reality, a series of dramatic social situations for the young population, such in terms of exclusion of educative and labor opportunities, such in its social insertion as scapegoats. One of its consequences is a social and subjective period that I denominated: “Adolescent without Adolescence”.
