Abstract

SAAVEDRA GUAJARDO, Eugenio  and  VILLALTA PAUCAR, Marco. Resilience characteristics measurements, a comparative study of people between 15 and 65 years old. Liberabit [online]. 2008, vol.14, n.14, pp. 31-40. ISSN 1729-4827.

The central objective of this study is to describe and compare the overall scores and the factors of the Resilience variable, in subjects of different age groups and both sexes, through the test SV-RES, in a Chilean sample during the second half of 2007. Major findings indicate that there is no significant difference statistically between the levels of resilience in women and men, however, describes a different resilient profile among both genders. Similarly, the levels of resilience are not directly tied to age groups, because similar results are obtained in different stages of life.
