Abstract

ROBLES FRANCIA, Víctor. Comparative validation between two tests on moral judgement competence. Liberabit [online]. 2009, vol.15, n.2, pp. 117-132. ISSN 1729-4827.

This investigation presents the validation findings of two questionnaires on moral judgement competence. The first one, the Entrepreneurial and Managerial Sociomoral Problems Test, the EMSPT and the second one, the Moral Judgment Test, MJT. This by means of the theoretical discussion of their foundations and the analysis on their empirical validation: the order of preferences, the structure cuasi-simplex, the cognitive affective parallelism and a complicated moral task. The analysis of these criteria showed a breach of validity of both instruments, contradicting previous investigations and demanding to fulfill each one of the criteria in every dilemma of both tests.

Keywords : Competence; Moral judgment; Managers; Validation.
