In this article the authors look for to approach to the creation of an educational model of psychologists training that includes competences development, from systemic perspective and modeling. Training Settings by teams were designed and observation/reflection levels were established, which constructed an ecological network between students, teachers, families and practice places, interconnected by means of supervisions. Emerging competences from this model are self-reference, design, maintenance and social impact assessment of strategies for change, from interaction redefinition of problems.
