The author makes an introduction to speak about the importance of influent psychological and biological movements and also refers to dynamic psychiatry in the last one hundred years. After these considerations, continues his speech describing some new knowledge, advantages and disadvantages and consequences, adding to these ideas the way in which psychotherapy on analytical bases can modify a conexion of neurons and then alter mind constitution. Some inconveniences are mentioned, as those regarding the existence of patients and their idiosyncrasies. Considerations about the link, the transference and counter-transference are presented getting to conclusion that the truth is not partial, but it is in the integration and in the different possible perspectives, either it refers to the ill person or to the person in the world.
