A new trend in the medicine, the promotion of preventive actions, has demanded the creation of orientation works directed toward people with chronic illnesses. In this universe, it’s common the option for works developed in groups and the psychologist participating as knowledge detainer of the group dynamic. It fits to us ask: Which the role of the psychologist in this universe? How to occupy this place without having that to reedit auto-aid manuals?
