This work is located within the frame of a binding perspective of children psychoanalysis. It covers, in the first place, the issue of etiology from a complex insight. It then underlines the focus on family in the child's clinic, taking into account two subjects in which the family aspect is priority: disability and early disorders of childhood. Last, it analyzes the desubjectivating risks of certain present diagnosis obtained from the DSM IV, which are enclosed, chronifying and usually come with abuses of drug prescriptions.
