The main purpose of this article is to reflect the importance of the observation of the psychoanalytic-based therapeutic group as a training tool for new psychotherapists. This reflection is developed by tracking and studying the transference movements that involve trainers-observers. The observation produces a great emotional impact on the trainees, at the same time it stimulates their ability to become more affective and promotes the development of the full potential of containment and apprehension of the psychic aspects.
