In this article we analyze the institutional attendance provided by LAPSO to a group of techniques of a Health Public Institution of sanitary vigilance, that we call IVS. We realized ten operative groups and we noted a psyquic suffering of the techniques to do their work in front of the contradiction between being the subject of attendance and the subject of violence. We verify the depositation of the experienced problems in a determinate institutional class: the lassoers, which are guilted for a large of the quotidian vicissitudes.
