Abstract

RAVENNA SELVATICI, Marina. Reflection groups in work organizations. Vínculo [online]. 2008, vol.5, n.2, pp. 101-116. ISSN 1806-2490.

The loss of the security frame offered the by institutions, the precariousness of work give often rise to a suffering state not easy to be verbalized by the subject, the group or the organization. Sometimes, the request for intervention is not explicit and expresses itself through some signs not always clear. The Reflection Group is then a very useful tool to work with crises in the work field. This device can be set either with people from different organizations, or as a part of a kind of Intervention called Internal Climate Auditing. This is proposed as a Research/Action to work with the institutional suffering situations, with the participation and the involvement of those who belong to the organization. The work with this device tries to create a transitional space, looking for metabolizing and transforming some potentially noxious situations, and rescuing the polyphony and the polysemy, giving place to the heterogeneity of voices and senses.
