MELGOZA MAGANA, Maria Eugenia. Reconstructed family: a group psychological model of teenagers. Vínculo [online]. 2008, vol.5, n.2, pp. 146-163. ISSN 1806-2490.
The main objective of this article is to describe the transference and counter transference phenomenons that develop in three groups that are part of a one year psychotherapeutic intervention: a) a mid-teenagers group, b) a group with the parents of the mid-teenagers who were free to attend the meetings if so they wished, c) a group with a female therapist and a male therapist who led the other two groups previously mentioned. The therapeutic intervention was held using a similar model of those of the stepfamilies, term that will be understood as the relationship that is established between a divorced father and a divorced mother who unite as a couple, and contribute to this union an x number of children from their previous marriages. The therapeutic process is divided in three stages: Introductory, intermediate and final. During each stage, a brief summary of the events that occurred in each group is made. These summaries allow us to indentify the resonance, transference, and counter-transference phenomenons that intervene and affect each of the involved groups.
