For the child to have a healthy development, he or she needs to experience concept), as these contain their anxiety and increase the symbolization.  This article aims to reflect on the position of the coordinator of the reflection group, and the importance of the holding and the rêverie to the group process. For this, use the work in 2008 as part of my training in the coordination of group at Nesme, where I discuss the influence of the reflection group in improving the capacity of holding and continence of educators who work in a shelter.
