It is presented a historical reconstruction between the DSM relations and the Psychoanalysis. The goal is to study at what dimensions the mutations of the Psychopathology-Psychoanalisis constitute the DSM system as a Psychopathology expression. It was concluded that throughout the years that separated the DSM III and the DSM IV the relation between the epistemological critic of philosophical extraction was neutralized by a system that gathers oppositions without recognizing them and simultaneously groups heterogeneous factors together.
