We observed a period of crisis and instability in the institutions such as family, state and school, causing structural changes in modern society and the subjective transformations. The everyday living as a painful survival exercise. In this regard, it is not just the most severe cases of mental sufferers which find themselves in the middle of an emotional crisis. The common citizen who is not severely ill, also experiences in his daily routine changes, imbalances, states of doubt and uncertainties. Although, it is a fact that our facilities in Public Health do not handle the existing demand. Therefore, consultations end up accumulating and the most severe cases are prioritized: psychosis, addictions, eating disorders with death risk. Who to address? The author proposes as a creative possibility of answer to this question, to share the experiences as supervisor of the internship in psychological shift done in Paulista University - UNIP of São José do Rio Pardo.
