Abstract

MELO, João Carlos. Taking milk from stones. Vínculo [online]. 2015, vol.12, n.2, pp. 31-35. ISSN 1806-2490.

In general, psychotherapies have mostly been dealing with the negative inner experiences (emotions, feelings, mental states), in detriment of the positive ones. This position originated from being the ones to require specific therapeutic interventions. The author values the positive inner experiences and their role on promoting health, well-being and resilience. He also defends that Groupanalysis can be more therapeutic if you consider its potencial and importance for a healthier mental functioning.

Keywords : Groupanalysis; Positive emotions; Resilience.
