This work aims to discuss the contributions of psychoanalysis to mental health equipment with guided activities in Basaglianos principles. It is sought to understand the specificity of inclusion discourse, as its supports actions developed in the CAPS of a small city in southern Minas Gerais. Therefore, it is necessary to approach the appearance of the equipment and its actions, once the reasons for its implementation are duly clarified to the reader, to allow interrogation about interventions that include the subject in their uniqueness. After all, it is understood that the psychoanalytic perspective considers impasses of the subject to institutional prescriptions.
