Abstract

This research had like principal goal to understand the importance of father’s figure for the learning process. The hypothesis is the previous perception that binding conflicts parent-children can adversely affect the child's learning process. This was a case study. Participated in the study a child randomly chosen with learning difficulties who attended the Psychpedagogic Clinic-School of a College of higher education. For data collection were used semi-structured interview with the parents (anamnesis) and 14 sessions of care psychopedagogic with the participant. Held content analysis. Three thematic categories were identified: Parent-child relationship, learning in the family and Contents Projective. It was demonstrated in this study the importance of family for the child's healthy development and their learning process.
