This article assumes, to start with, that birth and death of the human being cannot be separated from the typical technologies of its time. These, in turn, are a product of their time and produce the subjectivities and links that are part of it. It points out that multiple conditions of the neoliberal market favors the individualism and change that result from the links, as they don’t take into consideration that the TIC (Information and Communication Technologies) responsible for some present disruptions, as it claims, are woven into constructive plots. It analyses the new problem that emerge from the overuse the TYC, showing too, from another perspective, that these problems require the building up of unexploited cognitive skills sensitive forms.
