Abstract

The author will adress the work with photolanguage in psychotherapist training groups and group coordinators. It will contextualize the introduction of the photolanguage method in Brazil, briefly describe how a session occurs and will use examples of group situations. It will show that its use facilitates the participation of the persons in the group, favors the identification exchanges and the contact with the unconscious psychic processes experienced in the group. The work with photolanguage also introduces future therapists and group coordinators to the device of mediation groups. It will conclude that photolanguage contributes to the training of professionals and to the possibility of reflection on their practice.
