Abstract

This article focuses on a "new way of watching" the classical problem about the philosophical question of "being" and of consciousness. The objective, the philosophical analyses about the question of "being", focuses one problem about consciousness in which the "cognitive question" has historically been coming across with, as time goes by. In a philosophical work, such as the one that originated this text, "a new way of watching" may signify the use of a theory already legitimated in the epistemology and already proved through the ontological means of reality. In other words, on "approach of cognition", aiming at understanding the action in the "new" capitalism and in the "new" society. The "cognitive panoptisme" is a metaphor that explain the problem about the subject that, today, in a new society, is a receiver and a processor of information that come from an external artificial milieu.
