Abstract The husserlian conception of internal time-consciousness, derived from Brentano's conception, show many similarities and dissimilarities with the data produced by the neurosciences. We tried to bring this conception closer to Pöppel hierachical model, producing thus critiques and additions to those phenomenological investigations. © Ciências & Cognição 2006; Vol. 08: 110-117.
