Abstract This article has as objective contemplates on the hypertext concept as an interaction space, of path of the different cultural voices, looking for to juxtapose several speeches, presents in the different languages. The expectation is to contribute for the establishment of a dialogic relationship between speeches and resources, a possible encounter among the cultural manifestations, pedagogic strategies and communication technologies and information for the promotion in new expression ways and for the constitution of different identities. The study is guided by dialogical proposed by Mikhail Bakhtin, in which enlarges the hypertext concept, urging an approach dialog education of the technological ways. Thus, we intend to develop a reflection concerning the communication means and information in the cultural and education sphere, looking for to understand the social function of the technological ways, that seeks to reduce the deep separation between culture and education. © Ciências & Cognição 2006; Vol. 09: xxx-xxx.
