Abstract The pedagogy of projects plays an expressive role, promoting education practices redefinitions, due to the accelerated changes observed in social and work relations. In this study, practices that allowed environmental and healthy education discussions were promoted. The methodological procedure was classified as an exploratory-descritive investigation, through a development analysis of a pedagogical project made during chemistry classes with students of medium level education. A survey was made in order to evaluate the learning process, with questions related to class methodology, contents and education dimensions and aspects.
