Abstract

With the growth of unemployment rates in 90's,the literature produced in the field of social sciences indicates a process of insecurity of employment relationships that comply with standards seems that reproduce with regard to gender inequalities in access to positions in the labour market. Here there were made considerations that fall in the context of reflection on the social markers of difference when operating in the world of work. So, the aim of this work was looking for understanding how the subjects dealing with such patterns in their actions, and social relationships. It was also constructed an approach with a video ethnographic, with the goal of understanding how their identities have personal and professional relations established on the ground of their networks of sociability and the labour market. The resources of ethnographic research and technology of the video were heuristically important since invested in the production of representations and in the proposition of performances that highlight the senses deployed by subjects in their actions and social relations.
