The search for new methodologies that escaping the traditional classroom is certainly welcome by both students and the teachers. The objective of this study is to analyze the functionality of the game Super Trunfo brazilian trees as learning tool for the education of brazilian biomes, and check the level of interest of students by the applications of games as a teaching tool and its aplicabilidades. This study was conducted by observation and application of questionnaires containing questions open and closed. The result shows us that a significant number of students has an interest in the insertion of games in the teaching and learning and use of the game was satisfactorily tested as a tool facilitator of learning the subject of biomes, contributing in a positive way in learning the subjects of research, the conduct of activities being made so happy and relaxed environment conducive to learning.
