Abstract

In this rehearsal, leaning in the paradigm of the research transdisciplinary, the authors propose a conceptual framework of reference for the cognitive concept of human mistakes with base in the truth reality knowledge concepts. Paradigms life in certain logic inside and their formation results of the cognitive process. Concepts are instruments of judgment inside of established paradigms. The paradigms and the concepts of the processes of the businesses that demand creativity go by into need of materialization of the concept of human mistake. Usually, mistakes are made by the obscurity of the paradigm or for the non clarity of the own rules or politics of the organizations, being, therefore, complex matter. This rehearsal has for objective to present reflections about the existent relationship between the concepts of human mistakes and creativity as applicable reference elements for processes of businesses that demand creativity
