Since 2000, the author of this essay develops researches that integrate the areas of Education, Technology and Digital Environments and Neuroscience. The main focus of such investigations is the learning of the adult within online environments. The studies hereby shared indicate that th. adult learns by means of experiences which are developed fro. dynamic cycles, integrated growing spiral throughout his life. The plasticity concept, resulting fro. the neuroscience, is understood as a fundamental condition of human structur. and has been expanded to understand the emerging processes of social relationships, by movements of adequacy and transformation of cognitive-emotional actions that are essential to human learning. Starting from these premises, this tex. presents the studies carried ou. by the researcher/author, which focus on the learning of adult educator in two ways: 1) the binomial emotion / reason and its inferences in the learning process and; 2) the contributions of Neuroscience and the concepts of plasticity and integration aimed at the learning of the adult in virtua. environments of learning (AVA). © Cien.
