For this will be necessary to realize the complexity of organizational culture, as if the process connections of individual mental models and the pressures that the organizational paradigms in subjects engaged in their relationships and compositions for acceptance or otherwise of the new strategies. To this end, paced by different theories, seeking a possible intersection mainly among the theories of Kuhn, Sheldrake, Jung, Levy and Laszlo. The methodological approach qualifies as descriptive and bibliographical for trying to present characteristics of the subject in question relating the different variables and as study based on published material, promoting an intrasubjective debate. In conclusion, looking at culture as a Web of Space-Temporal Connections, it is possible to get to the resistant paradigms acting on the organization, and that knowing their structure and how they manifest it possible to achieve the power not only to manage the states of crisis but to figure ways to solve them as well. © Cien.
