This paper concentrates on similarities between embodied cognition and genetic epistemology. This new point of view enlarges the possibilities of cognitive sciences and developmental psychology. This text compares the fundamental Piaget's theories and the ideas of the embodied cognition. This study concluded that all theories have similar principles about cognition, knowledge, cognitive structures, sensorimotor processes, perception and action. © Cien.
