This study aimed to evaluate the risk factors associated with alcohol use in life and in the year for high school teenagers. The study included 568 teenagers between 14 and 20 years. Data were collected through an anonymous self-completion questionnaire. The analyzes included: a) description of the distribution of the variables in the sample, b) chi-square test, c) logistic regression. Regarding the use of alcohol, the risk factors observed were: gender, education, socioeconomic status, frequent bars, hanging out with friends and not play sports. These factors identified can directly assist in the development of preventive actions in relation to drug use among teenagers.
