In this paper we investigate the Gestalt-Therapy as a consistent approach to caring for people who suffered or have suffered from Panic Disorder. Because of this, I seek to define the fundamental concepts of Gestalt-Therapy that contribute to work with this audience. We broach about the contribution of the therapeutic process and the improvement observed in the biopsychosocial changes that positively influence the life of the individual as a whole. From this study and observation of clinical cases we develop the present work. In the end, with the achievement of this monograph, we find the basis of Gestalt-Therapy, to be a tool of great importance for the monitoring of people suffering from Panic Disorder.
