We intend through this work, to investigate the jealousy rigid character, stereotyped, >out of context. Even without any consistent signal that would justify the fear of the loss of the lover, the jealous creates his own fantasies.We will take based on the contemporary scene where we see a greater fluidity and a weakening of lasting relationships, developing relationships aimed at satisfying immediate desires.Discuss the issue taking as theoretical main Gestalt therapy, making use of concepts such as the of field theory, paradoxical theory of change, borders, contact and their interruptions.Discuss the pattern of behavior of couples with excessive jealousy, featuring relations with rigid borders. Couples develop pathologies complementary, forming pairs that represent roles crystallized.Finally, we will highlight the position of gestalt therapist, attentive to the particularities of jealousy as a feeling that must be considered in its existential singularity for each person.
