RIBEIRO, Marcelo Silva de Souza. Produce and to consume stocks zombies :: contemporary criticisms and reflections on a political project founded on understanding Paul Goodman on the here, now and what will come.. IGT rede [online]. 2014, vol.11, n.21, pp. 334-344. ISSN 1807-2526.

Understanding Gestalt Approach from a political and anthropological dimension, the article aims to discuss one of the hallmarks of contemporary, which is the neurotic process "produce to consume" and his subsequent identification with the aesthetic zombies. Based on reflections on the meanings of zombie aesthetic, it assumes the Goodman legacy, especially his political understanding of Gestalt and its critique of contemporary society. As a way of analyzing and discussing the ideas are taken based Erik Hobsbawm (1995), Zygmmunt Bauman (1997, 2001, 2004 and 2005) and Slavoj Zizek (2012), pointing to advances in human capacity for destruction and death, despite announcements of a more blessed life. Also discussed is the metaphor of a "liquid world" (Zygmmunt Bauman (1997, 2001, 2004 and 2005), where the superficiality and disposability of all pervading our way of life and this is the liquidity. Lastly, is presented idea that we live mourning because of the ecological crisis, the consequences of the biogenetic revolution, imbalances of the system itself and the explosive growth via social divisions and exclusions. Conclusion is that humanity is experiencing a collapse in terms of system being synthesized by a "zombie aesthetic." However, there seems to be still a possibility of overcoming as the human recognize, face and take here and now, but without losing sight that there is always what will come / turn.
