This article begins with the reflection on the service experience of a group. These consultations were carried out in co-therapy and were part of the compulsory training during graduate of IGT - Institute of Gestalt Therapy. We aim to discuss the role of psychologists in group therapy, preparation for work with therapeutic groups and also on how to deal with the beginning of the group - introduction of the members of group therapy and form bonds Literature review was performed on the subject, with the theoretical background Gestalt Therapy, and reports of visits of that group. We report the group care experience, where we discussed the therapeutic contract, the process of formation of bonds between the clients of the group, the care with interpersonal relationships and the same question our positions as psychologists of the group.
