The career choice of young people in contemporary society becomes a major challenge. A field of tension is formed between a spectacular transformation of the world, with new technologies that promote accessibility, distribution, production of knowledge and well-being and a deep social inequality exacerbated the socio-economic relations in the workplace and on the planet's resources limit. To decide between choices within this context is to go through the crisis of values in which we live, in the invention of other ways of doing and making world. A challenge that arises for the professional who works with young complexities in this field. Introduce the use of cartographic method as a tool that contributes to cross the concerns of young people in their choices processes.
