^{This paper is a chapter of a doctoral thesis in Psychology, and its issue is an intervention in senior population and its appraisal. All living beings have vitality as a quality, which is related with energy and metabolic processes in an organism and the use of it. It could be defined as energy available to self, thus is related with well-being, basic psychological needs and motivation. Throughout old age, it could be held even enhanced by a few interventions.}
