Abstract

The discussion around the models in social health care and the politics of mental health, that have been implemented and consolidated as from the experiences proposed and propagated by the “Sanitary and Psychiatric Reformation in Brazil”, emerged new conceptions about the process health/illness, impelling also the approach of the psychic anguish phenomenon, at the plan theoretical-attendance, mainly to those related to the relations “between the one who cares to the one is cared”. Having this in mind, this paper has by objective to discuss among some impasse that are presented as challenges to the construction of an ethics to the mental health care, having as guiding axle the welcoming notion - as a reorientation logical in the praxis of the psychosocial care in Brazil. Indexing, for discussing, some axle of analysis considered as vectors capable to effect the inversion of the social model, being it: the notion of amplified listening, the concept of entailed interest and team responsibility to he user and to regarding territory.
