This paper shows some psychoanalytic and systemic reflections on serious psychic suffering in family, i.e., about psychosis and related mental disorders and family relationship. To do so, some basic psychoanalytic and systemic concepts will be presented and queried as well as schizophrenia and psychosis concepts. This aims build some basic attitudes about how to understand and to deal with the complexity of serious psychic suffering from family relationship.
