This article aims at discussing the attention process in health as a practice which is enacted in the encounter between molarities and molecularities and  as the constitutive directive of the healthcare practices, which can not be produced dissociated from the interferences in the work process. It discusses the understanding of micro-politics, which we have been working with, in the fields of health and education and also argues about the way attention is enacted in health practices. It ends by pointing out that the notions of encounter, of ethic and management are fundamental contributions for the micro-political analysis of the ways the attention process in health can be performed.
