This article presents ways of "sexuality" and "drug" constructed by teenagers in a discussion group on health, at a school in Fortaleza-CE. It follows from a master's research that aimed to understand the mediating character of the interactions of discussion group participants' positions in front of each other and face the issues discussed. The proposal sought justification of Public Health and the legacy of Vygotsky and Bakhtin on the processes of semiotic mediation. Methodologically, it was a research-intervention observations, performed by participants of the school dynamics and the formation of a group discussion with ten teenagers and a school teacher. The results show that articulate senses "sexuality" and "drug" to the signs of "risk" and "prevention", indicating tensions between different voices in the social positions of adolescents, which relates to the condition among young people and practices health routinely for this group.
