Abstract

The case study presented here shows management of anxiety disorder in the public service as a real possibility of promoting the autonomy of the subject from cognitive behavioral interventions. It approaches a therapeutic process in order to develop troubles solution skills. For this purpose some techniques like psychoeducation, cognitive conceptualization, cognitive restructuring, evidences test, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of take decisions and solving problems.
