The social practices of working and management are articuled with the concept of immaterial working and also to the perspective of a subjectivity outcentered of the psychological ego and assumed in its collective processuality. From this articulation, we try to discern and reveal the potencial of the mobilized affects on the workers by the various administrative methods employed. In this article, we propose considering the working history as a process continually influenced by the collective experimental performances and also by the reinvention of the productive practices themselves.
